All fees are quoted in Australia dollars ($AUD) and are indicative of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Discounted rates are available to IEEE Sponsoring Societies (Computer Society, Circuits and Systems Society, Communications Society and Signal Processing Society) and other IEEE members.

Take this opportunity to meet and catch up with your peers, in a social environment at the IEEE ICME Welcome Reception at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. This ticket is included in your registration fee. Additional guest tickets can be purchased through the online registration form.
Celebrate being back in-person with your industry peers at the IEEE ICME Conference Gala Dinner. Start the night right with drinks and canapes at the Soleil Rooftop Pool Bar overlooking Brisbane, followed by a banquet dinner. It will be a night of delicious food and entertainment to not be missed. Tickets are available to purchase through the registration form. Guest tickets also available for purchase.
Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by 21 April 2023 in order to receive the Early Bird registration rate.
Deadline: 26 May 2023
Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by 26 May 2023 will result in a full refund minus $150 to cover administration costs. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
